SHOOK – CCBC Youth Group
Shook is Cheektowaga Baptist’s youth group for ages 6th – 12th grades. If nerf guns, foos ball, Doritos and Oreos, and learning more about God sounds good to you then you are in the right place!
Doors open at 6:00pm and we end at 8pm. First, we start with games, then snack, and have a lesson where we learn about the Bible and what it has to teach us. We occasionally host game nights and do fun events together. We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your teen!
We would love for you and your family to come join us on Sunday mornings! The class for youth (6th-12th grade) at 9:45AM in our downstairs youth room.
Worship service will begin at 11:00am, but please try to arrive a few minutes prior. Our “gathering” music normally begins around 10:50. We would love to have the opportunity to greet you and answer any questions you may have.
CCBC’s worship style is a mix of modern hymns and contemporary. There is no dress code here. You will find that people here dress in a wide variety of styles from jeans and flip flops to suits and ties. We would love for you to come as you are.
If you have younger children, our children’s ministries are located on the upper level and to the left of our main foyer. Children are always welcome in our services, but we do have a dedicated staff for our nursery (ages newborn to 2yrs) and in our Pre-K room for ages (3yrs-Kindergarten). Children in grades 1-5 can join us in the sanctuary for worship, then exit before the sermon to attend our Jr Church downstairs if they would like.
