C.L.A.S.S. 101: Belonging
Everyone wants to find a place where they belong and, as a result are known. In C.L.A.S.S. 101 we help you understand what it means to belong to our church. We focus on what makes us a ‘family of believers’ including our common experience of salvation in Jesus Christ, our common beliefs, our purposes, our values, our strategy as a church, and our covenant. This is a great place to begin finding out who you are and making connections with God and new friends at CCBC
C.L.A.S.S. 201: Growing
CCBC believes that the ideal for the Christian disciple is Jesus Christ. While recognizing that none of us will ever be perfectly like Jesus in this life, we also believe we can grow to become more like him. We help you learn to do this in C.L.A.S.S. 201 by learning how to grow more like Jesus through understanding and applying the Bible, prayer, and other spiritual disciplines. You learn the value of doing life together in a small group where people support and care for one another. You learn that spiritual maturity is not just about what you ‘know’ but WHO you know and you can be transformed to be more like HIM.
C.L.A.S.S. 301: Serving
Being a fully committed follower of Christ is more than being focused just on me. It is about discovering God’s unique S.H.A.P.E. (Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, Experience) for my life in order to make a difference in the lives of other Christians. At CCBC we want you to serve based on your S.H.A.P.E. We help you in C.L.A.S.S. 301 discover your S.H.A.P.E. for ministry so you can make a difference in the life of others. We believe that if you discover your S.H.A.P.E. for ministry you will be both fruitful and fulfilled as a fully committed follower of Christ.
